Casual Open Haus

Casual Open Haus

Open Haus is a self-guided journey through our Himalayan salt sauna, cold plunge pools, and herbal tea lounge. You’re free to move between heat and cold at your own pace while an AetherHaus Guide tends the stove with essential oils and steam. There are two ways to experience it.

What to Expect

This is a non-talking session designed for introspection and calm. Move at your own pace between heat and cold while gentle binaural sound fills the space. Light conversation is welcome in the tea lounge and ice cave, though most guests choose to stay in silence and stillness

The Stillness

Move at your own pace. The quiet holds space for breath, reflection, and release.

The Pause

Rest between warmth and cool. Sip tea, feel the contrast, and return to calm awareness.

The Warmth

Settle into the Himalayan salt sauna. Let the gentle heat and scent of essential oils guide you inward.

""Our sauna master John made sure we had a comfortable and relaxing experience. We plan to get a membership and come back every week! Incredible addition to the neighborhood."
