The Recovery is a semi-guided 90 minute session designed to help the body release tension and find balance. This class isn't just for athletes, it's for anyone looking to reset their physical state. Moving between heat, cold, and stillness, guests are guided through a group cold plunge and athletic stretching in the sauna with ample time to free flow through the space.
What to Expect
The session begins with a short meditation in our Himalayan salt sauna to begin the process of unwinding. Guests will then get time to free flow through the space on their own time. You will then be guided in the middle of the experience through a group cold plunge and a series of stretches that are dedicated to physical recovery. The session will provide another free flow to allow for integration and will finish with one final meditation. The goal is for guests to feel more relaxed and spacious in their minds and bodies.
