Sound Journey

Sound Journey

Sound Journey is a semi-guided session that blends sauna, sound, and stillness. Guests move through moments of free flow and guided meditation while immersed in a live musical experience. This is a meditative practice that uses the modalities of music and sound to promote states of deep relaxation.

What to Expect

The session begins with a short meditation in our Himalayan salt sauna to begin the process of unwinding. Guests will then get time to free flow through the space on their own time. Cycling between sauna, cold plunges, and tea & rest lounge to find rest and introspection. The Sound Journey will be guided in the middle of the experience as live instruments and ambient tones create a meditative soundscape for guests to sink deeper into their inner landscape. The session will provide another free flow to allow for integration of the Sound Journey and will finish with one final meditation. The goal is for guests to feel more attuned to their body's natural rhythms.

Immersive Soundscape

Live instruments and ambient tones fill the space, guiding you into deeper calm and quiet awareness.

Guided Stillness

Moments of stillness and sound dance together to create clarity in the mind.

Heat & Harmony

The warmth of the sauna merges with the resonance of sound, creating a rhythm that soothes and restores.

"This place has my heart already, such a calming experience and it’s truly levels above."
