Please bring your bathing suit and a water bottle (no glass, please). We’ll take care of the rest - two towels per guest, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in our showers, plus secure lockers for your belongings.
While we welcome walk-ins, we recommend booking ahead through our app or website. You’ll be able to view availability, join waitlists, and plan your visit with ease.
Please note that due to the busy area we’re located in, street parking is extremely limited. We recommend using the valet service located in the alleyway behind AetherHaus, available daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Limited street parking can also be found on Davie Street and the surrounding side streets.
Open Haus is a self-guided exploration through our sauna, plunge pools, and tea lounge. Aether Guides enhance the experience by tending the stove with essential oils, circulating heat and aroma through the space. We offer different atmospheres: silent, casual, or social, so you can find a rhythm that resonates.

We advise against hot and cold therapy during pregnancy unless specifically approved by your healthcare provider.

Yes - you can share credits with friends. When booking a session, you’ll be asked if it’s for yourself or a guest. If you’re reserving for a guest, they’ll complete their registration at reception when they arrive.

To honor our staff and fellow guests, we ask for 8 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to a $10 charge, and an additional $15 No-Show Fee for Members. Credit holders will have charges deducted from their credit balance on their account.
Yes. AetherHaus is a fully inclusive space. All of our facilities—including washrooms, showers, and changing areas—are gender-neutral.
Yes. We offer step-free access, an accessible washroom, and a private changing area. For guests who are unable to access our cold plunge tubs, we offer an ice-cold rinse-off area to experience the benefits of cold exposure safely.
All guests must be 19 years of age or older. This policy helps ensure a safe environment and supports the depth of experience for everyone in the space.

Thermotherapy is the intentional cycle of heat, cold, and rest. At AetherHaus, this tri-phase journey stimulates circulation, supports detoxification, and activates the nervous system in a way that boosts resilience, clarity, and peace.
We use all-natural, gentle products from The Soap Dispensary in Vancouver. They are free of parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances, and scented only with essential oils.
Yes! Every guest receives two towels, and robes are available to rent for $5 if you’d like a little extra coziness during your visit.”
Yes. Conditions like uncontrolled asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, or severe circulatory disorders can be contraindications. If unsure, guests should consult their healthcare provider before attending.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in to the space. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins, and missed sessions are subject to our late cancellation/no show policy.
