Pilates (Sauna) Private
Our 90 minute Pilates and Plunge is a semi-guided session that blends strength and recovery into one invigorating experience. The session begins with a 30 minute full body Pilates workout in our Himalayan salt sauna, heated to 60°C. Using bodyweight and resistance bands, you’ll move through slow, intentional exercises that emphasize proper form, helping you build strength and control. From there, you’ll enjoy 60 minutes of free flow between our Himalayan salt sauna, cold plunge pools, and tea lounge, allowing you to reset both body and mind in a way that feels both energizing and restorative.
