Sound Journey (Sauna) Private

Our Sound Journeys include the use of wooden flutes, sound bowls, percussion instruments, guitars, vocals, and nature ambientscapes. The musical journey is designed to work with the heat of the sauna to drop our guests into a deeper state of relaxation. 

The guided Sound Journey itself can be anywhere between 10-20 minutes. For the remainder of the season, guests can free flow through our Himalayan salt sauna, group cold pools, and herbal tea lounge. Our guide will continue to tend to the stove with essential oil infused steam and make sure your group is being taken care of.
